Vision blurred
From all the tears.
Heart torn
Because of such unbearable pain.
Soul diminished
In all the emotion being forced upon you.
Mind confused
As of what to do next.
Faith being questioned
Because you ask yourself,
Why would you be given all this pain?
What have you done to deserve this torture?

The waterfall of tears
Fall ever so gently
Down your cheeks.
Each droplet a portion of the pain
Tearing at your body,
Attempting to take control of your mind.

The emotion mounding higher in you
From all the stress, the worry, the pain...
It makes you question yourself:
What am I living for?

With each sob wracking your chest,
You wince in discomfort,
Yet you cannot stop
For the agony is too great
To be kept in any longer.
While the tears dampen your eyelashes,
You hold yourself as tight as you can;
The torment makes you feel as if your crumbling,
Being transformed to dust,
Blown away by each wave of pain.

At last,
When there are no more reasons to cry,
When your eyes are fresh out of tears,
You must stand,
Head held high,
Shoulders square.
One again,
You don your expressionless mask
And trudge on
Through this oh-so-complex,
never ending game we call
Life.
I started this in school today, and I think it's pretty good considering it was made in a day... Not one of my best, but I wanted to see what everyone thought. I LOVE to get responses, so please leave a comment! Oh, and for those of you who pretty much attacked me on my other poem, Heart Break, well, I DID actually feel these emotions, so you don't need to trash talk me this time... Thanks!! :happybounce:
